These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations when using services provided by OJW Media (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide digital services including but not limited to:

Website design and development

Social media management
-
Content creation
-
Digital marketing services
-
Website maintenance and support
Each service is delivered according to the agreed scope outlined in your package or proposal.
2. Project Scope
All work is defined by the selected package or written agreement.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will:

Be quoted separately, or
-
Added to a new agreement before work continues
We are not obligated to complete work that falls outside the original scope.
3. Payments

A deposit (around 30–50% dependant of project size) is required before work begins

Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery or website launch
-
Monthly services are billed in advance
-
Late payments may result in suspension of services
-
For marketing retainers: The first month is paid upfront to begin the service, and all subsequent months are billed in advance.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide required content (text, images, branding, etc.)
-
Give timely feedback and approvals
-
Ensure they have rights to any materials supplied
Delays in providing content or feedback may affect timelines.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions beyond this scope will be charged separately at an agreed rate.

All delivery timelines are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Changes in project scope

External platform issues
7. Website Design

All website projects are delivered according to the agreed scope. Additional work outside the original agreement will be quoted separately. Revision limits apply as stated in the project proposal.

Website ownership is transferred to the client once full payment has been received.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:

The client owns the final delivered website/content unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise
9. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy.
In general:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

Completed work is non-refundable

Monthly services can be cancelled with notice (14–30 days)
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools such as:

Hosting providers
-
Website builders
-
Plugins or integrations
-
Analytics tools
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
11. Website Performance & Results Disclaimer
While we aim to build high-quality, optimised websites and marketing systems, we do not guarantee:

Search engine rankings
-
Sales or conversions
-
Follower growth
-
Specific business outcomes
Results depend on multiple external factors.
12. Cancellations

Projects can be cancelled before work begins for a refund of any payments made (excluding deposits if stated)

Once work has started, payments are non-refundable for completed work

Monthly services require 14–30 days written notice for cancellation
13. Support
Support is provided during agreed working hours and response times:

Typically 1–2 business days

Urgent requests may incur additional charges
14. Limitation of Liability
OJW Media is not liable for:

Loss of business or revenue
-
Website downtime caused by hosting providers

Errors caused by third-party tools or client-provided content
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
