Refunds / Cancellation Policy

1. Services provided

OJW Media provides digital services including web design, marketing, and content creation. As these services are time-based and customised, refunds are handled as follows.

 

2. Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. This covers time spent on planning, research, and initial setup.

  • A deposit (around 30–50% dependant of project size) is required before work begins

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery or website launch

  • Monthly services are billed in advance

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

  • For marketing retainers: The first month is paid upfront to begin the service, and all subsequent months are billed in advance. 

 

3. Web Design Projects

  • Once a project has started, refunds are not available for completed work.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client, payment will be required for any work completed up to that point.

 

4. Monthly Services (Retainers)

  • Monthly marketing or management plans can be cancelled with 14–30 days notice

  • No refunds are issued for part-month usage once billing has started

 

5. Changes & revisions

All packages include a set number of revisions. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

 

6. Digital nature of services

Because all services are digital and time-based, refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Delayed client feedback

  • Completed work delivered as agreed

 

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

  • Work has not yet started

  • A genuine error has occurred on our part

These are handled at our discretion.
